Happy Mother’s Day
It was such a good day… Until I found out my loving bf was at work texting an ex coworker “put your hot dress back on and come back so I can see it”. But I’m crazy for being mad. Because that’s totally acceptable. And I don’t even know if I’m crazy or if he is just so good at belittling what he does so that I feel I have I make things okay with us. Wtf?

Such an old country traveling tradition. Always And I looked around that gate of late and weary ones and thought, Not a single person in this gate—once the crying of confusion stopped They took the cookies. I wanted to hug all those other women too. Not everything is lost. ”– Naomi Shihab Nye (b. 1952), “Wandering Around an Albuquerque Airport Terminal.” I think this poem may be making the rounds, this week, but that’s as it should be.
